Oh, the Things You'll See!

For me, the hardest thing about blogging is the guilt about not doing it. A missed week begets handwringing, missed months produce genuine anxiety. But I've decided that's just silly, and I'm getting back in the saddle after months of incredible busy-ness and bloggy neglect.

In case you're curious, here are some highlights from the last few months:

  • I moved to Toronto, Canada. I also took some pictures on the way there.
  • My laptop bag (containing a 15" PowerBook, passport, iPod, digital camera, and cell phone) was stolen in Geneva, Switzerland. If you see it, let me know.
  • I got into grad school and will be attending part-time while continuing to work at EFF.
  • I went back to Switzerland for the second WIPO meeting on how it addresses the concerns of developing world.
  • I got married to the world's most fabulous girl and went to Japan on honeymoon.

I'm planning to redesign this site in the fall. I'm also going to spend more time writing about the export of IP regimes to disparate cultures, an issue relevant to my new position on EFF's international policy team. Oh yeah - I'm also going to blog about food and cooking. Go figure.

That's all for now. Please continue with your regularly scheduled morning.
