For Sale: Huge Building with Attached Furniture

We stumbled onto this building last weekend while trying to find a breakfast joint. It's at the corner of Howard and 6th in San Francisco's SoMa district, and I almost crashed the car when I realized that it has furniture attached to, spilling out of and generally crawling all over it. And, it's for sale! Click the image above for a full frame, high resolution snapshot taken from the car while narrowly avoiding the cops in the intersection.
*** Update: It's an art project called Defenestration, which means "the act of throwing something or someone out of a window." Thanks, anonymous commenter!

Oh, and the "about" link is broken.
